- Bid Format: The sealed tender must be submitted with separate envelopes for the technical and commercial proposals, as per the bidding method.
- Earnest Money: Bidders are required to include earnest money, equal to 5% of the bid value, in the form of a CDR/DD payable to SIHT (Pvt) Ltd.
