Job Summary
Shaheen Foundation-PAF is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Director HR, with a focus on managing Pay & Allowances. This role requires expertise in HR data analysis, payroll management, overtime calculations, and handling EOBI (Employee Old-Age Benefits Institution) payments and leave encashments.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Educational Requirement: MBA in HR.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and ERP Systems.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR functions related to:
- Preparation, maintenance, and analysis of HR data
- Payroll management
- Processing overtime and EOBI payments
- Leave encashment administration
