Job Summary

Shaheen Foundation-PAF is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Director HR, with a focus on managing Pay & Allowances. This role requires expertise in HR data analysis, payroll management, overtime calculations, and handling EOBI (Employee Old-Age Benefits Institution) payments and leave encashments.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Educational Requirement: MBA in HR.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and ERP Systems.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR functions related to:
    • Preparation, maintenance, and analysis of HR data
    • Payroll management
    • Processing overtime and EOBI payments
    • Leave encashment administration
