Instructions for Bidders

  • Tender Documents: Detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the Non-Expendable Medical (Nex Med) Store of AFIC & NIHD during office hours upon payment of Rs. 500/- (Nonrefundable).
  • Online Availability: The tender forms are also accessible on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) for convenience.
  • Sealed Bids Submission:
    • All bids must be submitted in a single-stage, two-envelope process.
    • Submission Deadline: 17 December 2024, by 11:30 AM.
    • Location: Sealed bids should be submitted to the office of the Project Director, AFIC & NIHD.
    • Bid Opening: Proposals will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM in the conference room of AFIC & NIHD, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key Points to Note:

  1. The procuring agency reserves the right to:
    • Reject or accept bids under PPRA Rule 42 (d) for negotiated tendering.
    • Increase or decrease the quantity of the items specified.
  2. Mandatory Documents:
    • Proof of tax registration and sales tax registration.
    • Demonstration of supplied equipment (if required).
  3. All bids must comply with the terms mentioned in the tender document to avoid disqualification.
